I did start to wonder then how long it must have taken to do that particular film. The movement in the film was a smooth animation that transitioned from one clip to the other. The amount of strain that must have been on the filmmaker’s hands must have been immense. The strain caused by our one class could be felt in my hands for several days so that had to be a nightmare. The film that was manipulated was 35mm so it wasn't as difficult as our 16mm it had to be tedious. The transition between the shapes really reminded me of a Sesame Street segment from back in the day. The colors and shapes were neat to watch although they did become a little repetitive after awhile.

I have been waiting to take this class since I came to UNCW and heard about it. Knowing how film operates and the process that physically takes place helps me better understand the newer technologies that market from the ignorance of its consumers. I want to learn how to develop motion film. It is a rare knowledge to know and to learn. I am very excited as to what this class will teach me as a filmmaker.Barrettdelonghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00596607448540676196noreply@blogger.com0
